Summer / Fall Covered Wagon Rides

Covered Wagon Ride

Covered wagon tours are scheduled to run by request at the Buena Vista Ranch, Located 12 miles north of Bemidji, MN on county road #15.  

The rides last approximately 45 minutes.  If conditions permit and visitors desire, a walk to the top of the highest point on the Divide can be arranged. 

The tours begin and end at the Lumberjack Hall of Fame log building a replica of an old logging camp in the Buena Vista Village.  The camp is home to many photos, tools and souvenirs from the past logging era.
A catered chuckwagon style meal may be arranged for groups. Call for more details.

Four wagons are available, each able to carry 12 to 15 people.  Restroom facilities are located near the Lumberjack Hall of Fame building. 

Relax & enjoy the peacefulness of a covered wagon ride, a trail ride or a Natural Horsemanship Clinic.
